Gamemode: Tower Defence

Introducing new gamemode: Tower defense.
I'm not sure if this has been 'invented' before, but i thought I'd share my ideas with you peeps.
The only map (that I know of) that TD can be played on is Battle arena
The concept is simple: Your team (team deathmatch) fights for dominance over the tower in the middle of the map.
The rules are simple as well:
1) no sniping/shooting when not near or on the tower (Inside the stone circle would be near)
2) All the people on the tower are allowed to shoot people outside the stone circle.
3) Meds are allowed, so are rockets/grenades, however rockets and grenades may not be used when on the ground.

This gamemode has the intention of turning your classic Team Deathmatch into a more close combat based playingstyle.
I have 2 replays here that will show TD in the work:
1) The 137 replay shows Me(Alphab3t4) and Peony Doing a 1v1 TD.
2) The 138 replay (see link down below) Shows more players fighting for tower dominance.

Just watched em, awesome movies.

I really like the concept. This has been around for as long as i can remember in gladiator though, although it was never made official (i think). Imagine a 8v8 fight up there, rocket en nade spam like hell XD

This has a sort of attk and def touch, except that noobs wont be able to cover behind their teammates and will probably get owned before they get to fire their first rocket. It's really 'cheat' sensitive though, in the sense that people will probably just throw nades and rockets from the ground anyway. Still, with some coöperating players this could be an awesome game. (much better than hide and seek atleast)

You can still shoot when your wallcanceling/climbing. [You can wallcancel and shoot, thats part of the game]
And if people are allowed to rocketspam from the ground, then who would actually go for the tower?
