The point of rsing and moving left and right is not for close combat but, for shooting over a distance and hitting the enemy with almost or all of the shots you shot. It also gives you SOME evasion instead of standing in one spot. I do this in duels when I don't try and want an easy kill since its easier to aim and stuff.

You get 10/10 if you have the perfect sensitivity that fits for you.

Don't have a crappy mouse

You don't fps lag so you know where your crosshair would be when you drag it.

You are good at clicking the left click.

Your speed does not interfeer with your shots.
