| Gunzfactorian | Ok, so I'm guessing if you're reading this you're either looking to learn something or to flame me, all are welcome. Im not really familiar with typing guides so ill just do it the best I can. Swords: First, you should have bf down, meaning you can do it fast and with little mistake, because fast bf is more useful than dbf in some situations. You should also know dbf for situations where you are close to your target and your target is not moving much. Another thing you should know, is ground slash, where u look down and slash, simple right? This bypasses the block if theyre blocking normally.[Most of you know this, don't flame me this is leading to my next point. Now, what if they know how to counter ground slash, in other words they block up, then you should attack up or stay on the ground and slash. Slashing upwards is pretty much unblockable as far as I know, unfortunately it only gives you a view of the ceiling. On to massives: Massive normally if they are not blocking, most of the time this wont work, situations where it might work is when they did not rebound from the massive and are still moving, be careful though, miss them and you may be finished. Massive looking backwards to go through normal blocks. Most of the time this is done is when the enemy is rebounded and still, they tend to block most of the time obviously, so this breaks that normal block. Massive looking backwards and up to break sky block, this is useful most of the time as most people these days know sky block and use it. Now, for the next step some of you may not know, block down to and you will break the sky break, there is a way to go through this, look back then down. Other: Turtle. Really annoying if you can use this right, if they ground slash you look up to block it. If they stay on the ground and slash your best bet is to do a turtle bf forward or move backwards to avoid the first one and move forward to block the second one. This is because the first one breaks your guard and the second slash hits you. Flip. Most people tend to flip after a massive, from this you can either insta-juggle, insta and then slash them on the ground (look up while slashing)[Don't know if it still works]. Or you can flip and juggle them there, they can still slash you though so be careful and try getting it as many hits as possible. Will update this guide later for more noob-friendly content. step->step-> etc. Much thanks to Inflamation for testing. |

![]() | I'm pretty sure that slashing up can be blocked by blocking down. Not positive though, and am too lazy to try it. I also find that when blocking down, I can block more than one consecutive slash. Could be coincidence, though. Might also happen when blocking up, but hell, I can't see so I don't know. Expect flames. The GunZ community is of a generally evil weal. |
