New plugin for GPP : Replay Sender

It's still on my website Gunz Addon by Waryas
you can send replays in your replay folder trough gunz to any one who has the plugin installed.
You need GPP for it to work (on the same page)
!sendreplay NAME FILENAME (in lobby only, no stage, no ingame)

the one receiving types either !accept or !refuse (he has to have the plugin installed too)
if he types !accept, he'll open a port and listen for incoming connection only from the guy who requested.
It has a 10second timeout in case the user doesn't answer/is firewalled.

next plugin : a /ignore command & auto ignore for spammer.

If you try it with someone who doesn't have this plugin he'll see some strange character in his whisper.
