Hang from rope cutting off all airways

Chances are, a large portion of the people here already know it and you're being overly optimistic.

Wrong section, by the way. I'm kicking this over to where it should be, but I wouldn't expect the best results if I were you.

You can't delete thread but you CAN ask mod to close it. Also you could post a replay of it and have 99999+ people tell you they know it( and likely half of them really do)
