Free spectate?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

I was wondering, during the GunZ video, there was a "Free" spectate mode. Whenever I spectate on GunZ however, there is only "Normal" and "User". Is there a way to activate "Free" spectate in the International Edition?

If you mean like roaming around in replays, I think u press M and use w, a, s, d to move around
