I also would like to know. >_> But only if you can use paypal. I remember trying on my own and figuring out you needed to register your location (home address) with netmarble and yatta-yatta in order to buy anything.

I was told yes from a friend and then i asked some other peeps they just put like 123 fake stree or 123 noob street
