Some problem with alt-key symbols

Alright, you know how people like to use those fancy letters like, that "S" thing, etc, well, my laptop is korean, so those make a korean letter, and i was wondering how to stop it from being showed up in korean letters.

You must have the korean language pack, right? I'm not sure if you can prevent the alt codes from being read as korean, since your language pack is korean.

But I dont know much about language packs or computers, lolol.

Control panel
regional and language options
advanced
then there should be a drop down text things change it too english.

make sure you clicked advanced before you change it.
