How do you burst fire with a pistol?

No i mean when the you have dual pistol, the split and aim in two differant directions and fire a shot, I think its called burst fire.

Are you talking about that thing with revolvers where they switch between the two revolvers really quickly and the bullets fly out really fast? The female animation for switching between them looks like her arms are spreading to the side and then coming back to the center. Anyway if that is what you are talking about, you just hold fire button and alternate the two gun buttons while walking. The walking makes it faster.

But one more questions, is the style of shooting better/more effective then just fireing wih one pistol?

Very, theres no recoil and you can shoot faster if you walk while doing it.

burst fire is the fire of 2 or 3 bullets, this is a technique or a setting on some guns such as the m16

however this is gunz.

your definition of burst fire is wrong

and you can't do what you have described

Pistols and revolvers are different. I have no experience with pistols but they have a much faster rate of fire so I'm not sure whether it helps or not. With revolvers it only helps if you are hitting your target -- otherwise you are just wasting ammo twice as quickly.
