How to report a hacker?

I found a hacker in ijji Gunz and he is using a hack that allows him to teleport.(Not lag, I am sure) He used the hack at nearly the end of this replay. I don't know where to report it, so I hope an admin will see this here and take some actions. Hackers are making the game to lose balance. I don't know where should i post, so I just post here. Please don't put flame me~~ Thank you! The hacker's name is beginning with 01 and ending with 01 too in the replay, I can't remember his name clearly........

Well, maybe if you had actually read lsa2007's thread instead of spamming it... Then again, lsa hasn't been active for a while, but you can't say you didn't try.
