agent error help please

ok i join a game everyone has agent error and 999 ping but i know its me so someone says disable firewall and reboot(i did didnt work) then they said enadle DMZ with router(doesnt work) i cant do portfowarding because i ono what model my linksy is can someone PLEASEEEEEE help???

Firstly - Ask your parents for the box of the router, or ask them for the model name, so you can enable port forwarding.

DO THAT STEP FIRST.

Second - If that doesnt work, then attempt to reboot your router. This has worked for many a-person.

lol i just did port fowarding just had to get to router setup menu and i did portfoward n it didnt work do i have to reboot maybe?
