I'd like an in-depth explanation of the gladiator view, but please don't totally ignore the general view. Amateur said it about as well as I could.

KeyStyle is unknown around these parts.

Default Re: Playing To Win[Guide and thoughts]

So far from what I've seen, Gunz community almost actaully ignores flip, massive-shooting, multi-flips and shoots in air until the enemy is dead.

I tried to get it all back, also MSing and healing...
Was nearly impossible. People kept typing "noob", some cursed, and also called me "pro" (sarcasmfully ofcourse, if that's a word).

However, soon as you get into a community with it's own rules for the game...it will be nearly impossible to change it.
I dont heal in duels because I got used to not. It's not out of ego, but most time I dont require meds at all. Sadly, by the way. Meds make you feel tactical, dont they? or in other words "cheap" or "noob".
It's some kind of protective system for other people. As soon as they lose - They will blame everyone about it, instead of checking they're steps and what they did wrong.

Soon as I lose, I take a good look at my enemy's tactics. I learn him from the beginning to the end. And then I build anti-tactics.

An example for a simple move in gladiator (It's a must-read):
I play Swords Only with people in a duel. As soon as I massive, 99% of them expect me to flip or slash.
When you'll flip, almost everyone will safe fall and slash you mid-air. The juggling will be stopped.
If you'll slash, most people will go on blocking (Not sure if tortise gate though).

I simply stand in place. Any "pro" will understand this one.
After I unleashed the massive, I slash them from a perfect distance for them to block it but for me to be able to keep slashing. Then I simply BF to the side, starting a simple Circle of Death. I change a direction, and then TBF. Dead.

I combo everything above and combine it into many random moves, and therefore I'm not just using one style.

If you read the beggining of the post, Key's talking about how its impossible to change the mindset of the scrub. The last bit is a bit of brag though :P

Most scrubs kinda define skill as something that owns another person without being "forbidden" in their mindset. When I turtle, flip shoot shoot intakill, well, they say, I have no "skill". So, what defines skill? Superior knowledge of tatics and counter tatics, or fast movement with aim or something.

In gunz, if you play the game without use of third party programs, ninja stepping etc, and it achieves the death /dammage of your opponent then it is an example of skill.

Just moves. That's why the new generation is awful.

Attackers

ToshX is probably the person who would fit this place the best. She is one of the best relentless attackers I've seen around, and a mighty force to face in DMs, especially berserkers. She's a mighty force to be reckoned with, even if not many people know. I've seen her take down 3 players in a TDM alone with only 1 clip of each of her shotgun, while walking forward towards them. Something I have never seen someone intelligent try. But she still pulled it off. She also gives off this kind of aura which makes you feel weird when you're up against her, thinking she's much better then you.
She's also one of my best friends, one I've spent a great lot of time with in the past, but unfortunately lost sight off.
I want to talk to you privately about this <__< Touchy subject actually. Just remind me the next time we run into each other. But I think you already know what it's about because we've talked in the past :P

I don't play gunz much lately due to a bunch of things, mostly regarding my WoW servers and other RL stuff. But I am usually on msn, so just contact me there

Edit: Due to a number of reason and request, exemples for the style part have been taking down. I am now in the process of going over a new chapter, so please give me some time.
