Fox loves to bash on video games. What morons. At least they did some actual research on this one. The last time I remember them trying to bash on a game (MassEffect) they've never even seen the game let alone researched it.
It is very one sided, though. I can go out right now and interview about 5 people that haven't had any real problems with Maplestory, or that haven't even gotten addicted, and then make a newsreel out of it claiming that Maplestory actually has no effect on young kids. That's pretty much what they did here, because they've interviewed what are probably the severest of cases in the other direction and are now claiming this game sucks your soul out. |
