Re: Anger Issues How does one channel his rage into playing a game? Isn't your performance in most fast-pace games limited to the intensity level of which you play at? At what point would you start to lose your rationality when angry? What good are you doing to yourself if you're playing a game with a risk of losing and getting upset? I certainly wouldn't want to continue playing a game if I'm angry, and on top of that, pushing it when I start losing; I'd probably proceed to hitting the keyboard or punching the wall until it breaks.
Unfortunately, I've come to the conclusion that my problem is that I want to get physical. I get an urge to just break and hit things whenever something upsets me, or it's not going the way I want it to. There's probably only one thing that stops me (barely) from breaking something: the fear of regretting the action which I've chosen, and consequently being unable to fix the situation.
