Are you telling me it'd make more sense if spread decreased as it got higher and approached infinity? Besides being obviously right, 0 is an absolute minimum and is a much more logical place for perfect aim than 500000. If you're still convinced you're right, take a look at the SMGs. ctrl_ability over 100, they must be pretty accurate according to your logic.
