I don't get what you're saying because of the horrible structure of your... thing.

But basically time isn't constant, it depends on the observer. e.g for someone traveling at high speed, time will pass slower than a stationary observer. so theoretically if you said humans into an accelerating craft for x amount of years, they could return say 100 years later, and only have aged 10 years.

Humans concept of time in based on fractions of the Earths orbit and rotation.

ie 1/365 of the earths orbit = 1 day or
1/24 of the earths rotation = 1 hour
