My setup solves virtually almost any problem one would have for k-style, and it isn't too far deviant from the default layout.

QEF sword/wep1/wep2
3 and 4 for items 1 and 2
Reload on Caps Lock (Key to reload shot)
Extra flip key on alt (Key to e-lunge/e-flip)
Extra wep 1 and wep 2 on mouse wheel (Easier rs)

Basically, it allows you to rs/rss/rhs/rhhs/whatever using two different fingers, as well as having another key for your bored pinky. Also, in case you want to strafe back and forth while rsing, you can do that easily with the mousewheel, as each finger will only have one key to worry about. A second flip on alt allows you to hit your direction and use your thumb to hit flip at the same time, a much easier coordination with a single hand, although some prefer the two keys to be next to each other. Still, I almost never fail at e-flip anymore, while when I used the mouse, I succeeded only like one in five.

See if you can find any drawbacks on this key layout (other then occasionally typing in all caps after reloading).
