How to ACTUALLY get levels at a decent rate:
Hack in quests.
Easily 20k exp/5 min by just clicking the mouse every now and then. < My favorite.
Or be pro and kill lvl ~30 at a rate of 1 enemy/15 seconds. < Boring.
Swap with several persons, with hack when that is out. < Fastest
Only good ways I can think of at the moment.
