To spend the time recording specific clips for replays, arranging them, and working on all the effects/making the movie look smooth would take hours upon hours of work, as well as the know-how to do it and make it look good. And since it's not even their own work, the only way you'll an inquiry on this is:

1) Find a kind hearted soul who's willing to waste hour upon hour of his/her time to do it.

2) Find some stupid kid with FRAPS + Windows Movie Maker to half-ass a project for you to make 30$, likely a fatty who can't even get off his comp chair to go and mow a lawn(Which would earn you more $/hour then this)

3) Offer more money for the job.
