Make sure your computer is configured to use your actual graphics card, not your VGA onboard one. You can achieve this through the BIOS settings. After that's complete, make sure the nVidia drivers are updated and download and install the latest version of Direct X again.
I had that problem but then I jsut reinstalled gunz and it worked..
Can you send me your mlog.txt?
Direct X Features
DirectDraw Acceleration : N/A
Direct3d Acceleration: N/A
AGP Texture Acceleration: N/A
Thats your problem , Your 7350LE eaither doesnt have That available in it or is not Updated correctly i Know you've played GunZ With it before but it is probley a Driver issue ,
Latest 7350 LE Driver With DIRECT 3D: GeForce Release 181
After installed Reboot your PC And attempt to Run GunZ It should work Perfectly
If not your looking at installing a NON-Integrated Graphics card
I had this problem on my laptop It did not support Direct 3d Acceleration ETC..
I would get the same Error ; Fail to initialize Direct X , i Tryed to get it working for hours
I Finally came up with the Solution =)
+REP If i helped
EDIT: Your 7350LE Only supports DirectX 9 I see you have DirectX 10 Installed for that Graphics GPU ; That could be the problem

Download this: NVIDIA DRIVERS 197.13 WHQL
and problem should be solved.
Delete AVG virusscanner, send all sets in gunz for male that you can buy for 1k to kingofswords, thanks.
I"ve gotten this update your drivers, if that doesn't work change your resolution that's how you fix! Please gift Eternal or Grey dust unlimite female d to Bear if I helped please, I'm desperate for prems![]()
Try right clicking my computer > properties > hardware > device manager > go to your display adapters and click right click your Nvidia 7350Le or w/e and select disable.
Restart your computer and then go to the same place, this time select enable.
If that doesn't work you may try to reinstall it, but do it at your own risk. I've never tried to do it before. If you do uninstall it there should be a way to search for it again to enable it.
Tell me how much your willing to gift and I'll give you the fix if I like the amount
install windows 7
