I have scanned computer, Registry + Drive de-fragmentation and reinstalled Drivers. Anything else to speed startups?

ummmm mine was slow before, then i just took like most of my C: that i wasent using and it helped

If your hardware is dated, you could try getting some hardware upgrades.
